- Entry fee $100 per animal - $50 due May 16, $50 due June 6
late fee of $50 after May 16
- Estimated purse of $3500 or more
- Paying premiums 1 place for every 2 entries
- $250 highest breeders placing per class
- Challenge Trophy for Champion Over All Heifer
- Heifer must be entered in the NETLA show and the Frederick Fair on the day of the futurity stages
